R-Wear Studio Rhinestone Software

With Roland R-Wear Studio Software, designing rhinestone apparel, full-color garments and gifts has never been easier. Personalize all kinds of items from T-shirts, sun glasses and cell phones to wine bottles and purses. R-Wear Studio allows you to create hot-fix rhinestone templates with the use of an EGX-30, EGX-30A, EGX-300, EGX-350 or EGX-360 engraving machine. Simply import your desired image from Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator (jpg,bmp,gif,ai,eps or png) and/or create your own in R-Wear Studio. Choose from a complete library of over 500 Swarovski Rhinestones and let your imagination flow. R-Wear even has the ability to calculate the profit of a job and accurately maintain your rhinestone inventory.

Pair R-Wear Studio with a Roland GX-24 cutter and produce full-color graphics which can easily be heat transferred and combined with Swarovski crystals for a beautiful custom design. Start by creating or importing your own custom design into R-Wear. Using your printer and a GX-24 vinyl cutter, print and contour cut the heat transfer material and then apply it to a sheet of transfer paper. Insert your design and garment into a heat press to complete the transfer. Now that the color portion is complete, design your rhinestone template in R-Wear Studio and output it to your EGX engraver. Once the engraver is finished creating the rhinestone template, brush the rhinestones onto the template and apply a sheet of transfer paper over the crystals. Place the rhinestones into the heat press along with your already printed garment. Initiate the final heat transfer and enjoy your full-color custom garment with brilliant rhinestones.
