Materials and Applications

Roland Stika SV-15 is a universal vinyl cutter/plotter capable of producing an array of applications; such as, custom signs, displays for retail stores, heat transfer material for apparel, etching material for sand blasting, vehicle graphics, decals, and labels. For larger signs, a unique tiling feature allows you to group several smaller images together to produce one giant graphic. The Roland SV-15 vinyl cutter/plotter also makes a great, low cost, print/cut solution. Pair up the Roland SV-15 to a computer with a standard desktop printer and begin creating contour cuts of printed images. Simply implement registration marks into your printed material. When you load the printed graphic into the Stika SV-15, you then use the driver to set the position of the registration marks. Now the Roland Stika SV-15 can recognize the image and you are ready to contour cut your heat transfer material for iron-on t-shirts, POP displays, or any other applications you can think of.

Bundled Software

Along with the Roland Stika SV-15 vinyl cutter/plotter you will receive the latest version of Roland Cut Studio at no additional expense. This versatile design software allows you to cut out TrueType fonts without having to outline them. Easily manipulate your graphics by enlarging, reducing, re-positioning, tiling, rotating and mirroring images. Import photos and graphics, draw and edit circles and curves or add text along and arc with Roland Cut Studio. You can even combine lines, circles, polygons, rectangles and curves for your more complex graphics. The Roland Stika SV-15 does it all whether you’re creating intricate colorful signs or just simple text. Roland Cut Studio also supports BMP, JPG, STX, AI, and EPS file formats. The Roland Stika SV-15 vinyl cutter/plotter is compatible with several operating systems. Windows 98 SE/Me/2000/XP and Windows Vista are all supported. You will also receive plug-in software for Corel Draw 10/11/15/X3 and Adobe Illustrator 9/10/CS/CS2/CS3 for Windows; as well as, Adobe Illustrator 9/10/CS/CS2/CS3 for Mac. Conveniently import data from any of these programs straight to the Roland Stika SV-15. Last but not least, Roland Stika SV-15 has a unique feature to maximize your media usage and make vinyl cutting even easier.
