Shipping Policy

ALL items are shipped via FedEx or UPS standard ground shipping unless other arrangements are made. Some machines will be required to ship via LTL freight. ALL shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Shipping Methods

Several ground and air shipping methods are available. All shipping methods are to be selected upon purchase and before payment is made. Shipping method ONLY designates the approximate shipping time. This does not take into account processing time. Engraving Machines Plus is not responsible for any delays in shipping.

International Shipping

International shipping quotes are not available online. Engraving Machines Plus will calculate international shipping manually for ALL international orders. If you wish to use your own personal carrier, you must supply Engraving Machines Plus with the complete contact information of the desired carrier so that arrangements can be made.

Import/Export Tax

Engraving Machines Plus is NOT responsible for any taxes incurred during import/export via customs agencies. Full liability is taken by the customer once the items are shipped.

Processing Time

Funds can take anywhere from 3-7 business days to clear and show in our account if paying by check or credit card. Once we have received your funds, your order will ship and you will receive a tracking number. To avoid delays in processing, cashiers check and wire transfers are processed immediately upon receipt.

Out of Stock and Back-order Items.

Items that are out of stock or on back-order will be reserved with payment for next possible delivery date. It is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about availability before purchase. Refunds WILL NOT be issued to customers who failed to contact Engraving Machines Plus about availability.

Damaged or Lost Items

Engraving Machines Plus Corp. is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure items prior to completing the order. Engraving Machines Plus is not responsible for pursuing disputes with the shipping company. All claims must be settled between the customer and the shipping company directly before a credit can be issued.
