The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "Engraving Machines Plus" or "engravingmachinesplus.com"). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.

Return Policy

You may return merchandise purchased at EngravingMachinesPlus.com if it meets the guidelines below. We make it simple and convenient to return EngravingMachinesPlus.com purchases. You can return items through the mail. If you would like to return an item, please call Customer Care at 1-866-342-0890

Guidelines

You may return merchandise to Engraving Machines Plus within the U.S. by mail to our return center. All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

Returning Items By Mail

Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
Include the return label enclosed with your order, and indicate your reason for the return.
Use the original shipping carton and packing materials, if possible.

14-Day Return Period

Fourteen days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on engraving machines, engraving machine accessories, vinyl cutters, and vinyl cutter accessories. A 25% restocking fee will apply.

Exceptions

The following items are not returnable or refundable:
Labor and/or installation services
Items that are abused
Engraving Material
Engraving Tools/Cutters
Specially Ordered Items
Back Ordered Items
Shipping Charges
Credit Card Processing Fees

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all engraving machines and vinyl cutters. These fees apply unless you have received the wrong item.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee

A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
